About this product
How this helps you
After knee surgery, your physiotherapist controls how much you can bend your knee at each stage of recovery. This ROM splint's graduated locking hinge lets them — and you — set the exact degree of movement allowed, so you can progress safely from near-zero movement in week one to near-full flexion by week six.
The lightweight aluminium frame and breathable foam lining mean you can wear it comfortably all day, even while sleeping in the early stages of recovery.
Any condition where a surgeon has recommended limited weight-bearing and controlled range of motion
How to use
1
Set your angle
Follow your surgeon's or physio's instructions to lock the hinge at the prescribed range. Adjust in 5° increments using the locking dial.
2
Apply the splint
Slide the padded frame around your leg with the hinge aligned to your knee joint. Secure the straps from bottom to top, snug but not tight.
3
Progress weekly
As advised by your physio, increase the permitted angle each week. Track your ROM progress and note any discomfort to report at your next appointment.

Clinically validated ROM control for faster, safer recovery
MGRM's ROM splints have been evaluated in partnership with orthopaedic departments at AIIMS New Delhi and six other institutional hospitals. The graduated hinge mechanism was designed specifically to address the most common post-surgical complication: patients moving their knee too far, too soon.
Reduces re-injury risk by controlling exact range of movement at each recovery stage
Thermoplastic shell distributes load evenly, reducing joint stress by up to 22%
Breathable foam lining reduces skin maceration during extended wear

My surgeon prescribed this specific model after my ACL reconstruction. The locking hinge mechanism is brilliantly simple — my physio adjusts the angle at each appointment and I just wear it all day. I was walking without assistance by week 8 and the splint played a huge role in that.

Bought this for my 64-year-old mother after her TKR. The sizing guide on the website was accurate and the free sizing consultation helped us get the right fit. She's been wearing it for 6 weeks now and her recovery is ahead of schedule according to her physio.

Very well built and the adjustable hinge is genuinely useful — I changed the angle twice as my physio recommended. Only one small issue: the XL size runs slightly narrow for my thigh circumference. Took one star off for that. The 30-day return policy meant I could exchange without stress.

Common questions
Frequently asked questions
How do I know which size to choose?▾
Measure the circumference of your thigh at mid-point (approximately 15cm above the centre of the kneecap). XS: 30–34cm · S: 35–39cm · M: 40–44cm · L: 45–50cm · XL: 51+cm. If you're between sizes, choose the larger one. Our free sizing consultation (call or chat) can help you get the exact right fit before you order.
Can I wear this splint to sleep?▾
In the early stages of recovery (weeks 1–2), many surgeons recommend sleeping with the splint on to prevent involuntary movement. The foam padding and breathable lining are designed for extended wear. From week 3 onwards, your physiotherapist will advise whether you need to wear it at night.
What is the difference between a ROM splint and a regular knee brace?▾
A ROM splint uses a hinged mechanism that can be locked to allow only a specific range of movement — for example, 0–45° in week one, 0–90° in week three. A regular knee brace or sleeve provides compression and support but does not control how much the knee bends. ROM splints are used post-surgery; regular braces are for daily support, prevention, or mild instability.
How do I adjust the hinge angle?▾
The bilateral locking dials on each side of the hinge can be rotated in 5° increments. Your physiotherapist will set these at your appointments. If you need to adjust independently: open the locking collar, rotate the dial to the prescribed setting, and close the collar. A printed instruction card and video tutorial are included in the box. Never change the angle without professional guidance.
Can I return this if it doesn't fit?▾
Yes. We offer a 30-day fit guarantee. If the splint doesn't fit correctly when it arrives, contact us for a free exchange or full refund. The product must be unworn (other than to try on for sizing) with original packaging intact. Our free sizing consultation before purchase significantly reduces the chance of sizing issues.
Is this covered by health insurance?▾
Many Indian health insurance policies cover prescribed medical aids including ROM splints when accompanied by a doctor's prescription and a diagnostic report. We provide a GST-compliant tax invoice and can supply a product specification letter for insurance claims. Please check with your insurer directly, as coverage varies by policy.
What if I need professional advice before buying?▾
You can book a free 15-minute telemedicine consultation with a MGRM-affiliated physiotherapist who will review your case and recommend the right product and size. Available 7 days a week via video call or phone. No commitment required — it's a guidance service, not a sales call.

About this product
How this helps you
Diclofenac sodium works by reducing the production of prostaglandins — the chemicals your body releases that cause pain and inflammation. Applied directly to the skin over a painful joint or muscle, it's absorbed locally where it hurts, typically within 20–30 minutes of application.
Because it's applied topically rather than swallowed, much less reaches your bloodstream compared to oral anti-inflammatories — making it suitable for people who experience stomach discomfort with oral NSAIDs.
Who this is for
Joint pain from osteoarthritis (knee, hip, shoulder, wrist)
Muscle strains, sprains, and sports injuries
Post-surgical swelling and localised inflammation
Tendinitis and bursitis (tennis elbow, heel pain)
Adults 14+ who prefer topical over oral pain relief
Dosage & application
1
Apply 2–4g
Squeeze a 2–4cm strip of gel (approx. 2–4g) onto clean, dry skin over the painful area. Wash your hands before applying.
2
Rub in gently
Massage in circular motions until fully absorbed. Do not bandage or cover the area immediately after. Wash hands after application.
3
3–4 times daily
Apply 3–4 times per day for up to 14 days. Do not use for more than 14 days without consulting a healthcare professional.

Common questions about MGRM FlexRelief
Is this a prescription product?▾
No — MGRM FlexRelief is an over-the-counter (OTC) product and does not require a prescription. It is approved by CDSCO (Central Drugs Standard Control Organisation) for sale without a prescription for adults and children over 14 years. If you are under 14, pregnant, or have kidney, liver, or heart conditions, please consult a doctor before use.
Can I use this with my knee brace or support?▾
Yes, but allow the gel to fully absorb into the skin (approximately 15–20 minutes) before wearing any brace, support, or bandage. Do not apply the gel under an occlusive dressing or tight bandage, as this can increase skin absorption and the risk of side effects.
How quickly will I feel relief?▾
Most users report noticeable pain reduction within 20–30 minutes of application. Peak effect is typically reached within 1–2 hours. Individual responses vary depending on the severity and type of inflammation. For chronic conditions like osteoarthritis, consistent use over several days typically produces the best results.
Can I use this alongside oral pain medication?▾
While topical diclofenac is absorbed at much lower systemic levels than oral NSAIDs, you should not use this gel alongside oral NSAIDs (like ibuprofen or diclofenac tablets) without consulting a doctor, as this can increase the risk of gastrointestinal side effects. You can typically use it alongside paracetamol — check with your pharmacist.
Is this safe for elderly patients?▾
Topical diclofenac is generally well-tolerated in elderly patients and is often preferred over oral NSAIDs due to lower systemic exposure. However, elderly patients with kidney disease, heart failure, or on anticoagulant therapy should consult their doctor before use. Start with a smaller amount applied 2–3 times daily and assess tolerance.
Pharma variant — FAQ (Section 6)Questions specific to OTC pharmaceutical products: prescription status, interaction with physical supports, onset time, combination with oral medication, elderly safety. Last question always funnels to professional advice. No sizing questions — those are replaced by dosage and interaction questions. Same accordion structure as Rehabilitation variant.

About this product
How this helps you
Your blood oxygen level (SpO₂) measures how much oxygen your red blood cells are carrying. A normal reading is 95–100%; levels below 92% require medical attention. During post-surgical recovery — especially after chest, abdominal, or orthopaedic surgery — SpO₂ monitoring helps detect complications early.
The MGRM PulseCheck Pro uses the same LED-photoplethysmography technology as hospital-grade monitors. Just clip it to your fingertip and a clear OLED display shows your SpO₂ and heart rate in under 10 seconds.
Who this is for
Post-surgical patients monitoring recovery at home
Respiratory patients (asthma, COPD, sleep apnoea)
Athletes monitoring performance and altitude effects
Elderly individuals or caregivers managing cardiac conditions
Anyone who wants to track respiratory health at home
How to use
1
Switch on
Press the single button to power on. No calibration needed. Wait for the OLED display to show the standby screen.
2
Clip to fingertip
Clip to your index finger (middle finger also works). Rest your hand comfortably at heart level. Stay still for an accurate reading.
3
Read your result
Your SpO₂ and heart rate appear within 10 seconds. Normal SpO₂: 95–100%. Below 92%: contact your doctor. The device auto-powers off after 8 seconds of no signal.
